Early in his career, Jeff Koeppel and I led the company-wide human resources change initiative in support of a significant new business strategy at the Equitable Life Assurance Society. Jeff’s poise and political deftness coupled with his ability to execute in an atmosphere of considerable uncertainty were critical to the success of the undertaking.
